The appointment for my car was 11AM and the car was brought in for service within 10 minutes of my arrival and completed within the hour. Very impressed with the friendly and professional attitude of Dani the service consultant and Nate the service manager. A great dealership to buy and service your vehicle if you’re looking for the honest and personal tough.

Sales staff was courteous and helpful with the buying process.

The experience with the service department was very good. However, the 4% so-called processing fee is just outrageous. This fee came to almost $20 when I had work done a few days ago. This fee has to disappear. It will make me rethink doing any further expensive repairs at this dealership.

I met with extremely friendly personnel who addressed a very intermittent malfunction messaging system. Unfortunately Chevrolet hasn't figured out how to permanently fix my corvette's transmission software.

Service on my car was great but customer service was just under 100% of my satisfaction. I was provided a phone # to text for updates. When it was getting close to the time I needed to pick up my vehicle (as agreed upon at drop-off) I texted to see if my car was ready, no response. I called, and was told it is almost ready. I am not sure how frequently the texting phone # is monitored, but it was getting close to pick up time and I thought texting would be quicker, and it was not.

Extremely overpriced with no explanation as to why it was so much money, parts mark up was very high and no customer care to try and make the service happen, declined service.

Tire rotation and balance was fine. I wanted wipers and you asked if I wanted wipers but when I got there you did not have any that fit. So I have to make another trip. Don’t offer something you don’t have!

Nate and Dani are always great to deal with, and all the service techs I've interacted with have always been really nice. An appointment was made quickly when needed, and the service required was done quickly. On the drive home, I noticed an accidental (completely unforeseeable) issue had arisen during the service, so I turned around and returned to the dealership. They took a look and fixed said issue immediately, which was a great relief. Even though I don't currently drive a Chevrolet anymore, reasons like this are why I and my family keep returning. Thanks!

I was able to make an appointment for within a few days of calling. And at a time not too early but early enough that I could wait for the work to be done. It took about an hour in total and the cost was not frightening. I trust the mechanics at WOW and the staff is always pleasant, the waiting area clean and comfortable. I feel very safe driving after a WOW review.

The Sales team took care of me and gave me an excellent deal on my new Trailblazer. Jake, Dan, Anthony and Frank went out of their way to get me into the car that I wanted. I have been getting my vehicles here since 1999 and won’t go anywhere else.

I noticed some oil leakage on my garage floor so I scheduled an appointment to identify the cause before the problem became more serious. Granted, my car is a 1997 model and leaks are expected. However, the low mileage on the vehicle warranted attention. Dani, Nate and the crew coordinated a successful diagnosis, location of correct replacement parts and a convenient new appointment day and time to solve my problem. Long story short, I’m back on the road without worry. As always, Nate and the crew gave my vehicle the once over twice to point out any other lurking issues that were not evident for which I’m grateful. Thanks Wow!

Dani, Nate and the Service crew scheduled a conveniently timed appointment, diagnosed the oil leak I was experiencing and corrected the problem. My 1997 Lumina was in good hands with the correct repair parts sourced, ordered and installed. Everything went as the planned and I’m back on the road, thankful for a job well done by people who I know have my safe motoring as a top priority.

I called to make an appointment for a routine oil change. (The dealership reminded me that service was almost due). I was able to make an appointment for the next day and wait for the car. My car was taken in promptly, service was completed quickly, and a coupon I had was honored. Everyone who helped me was personable and efficient. I was very pleased.

All my concerns with buying a new to me preowned Chevy Silverado were addressed by the entire team at Wow Chevrolet in Woodbury, CT. I met with new owner, Sales Manager and Sales consultant initially. They were able to find me just the right Silverado I needed. While there I also met with the Service Dept. who helped with recommending and installing accessories I wanted as well. Before leaving, I also met with a rep. who walked me through using the features I would need to know to enjoy driving my new truck. This was the easiest, no stress vehicle I ever purchased. Efficient, friendly and I can trust the work is done right. And, unlike other service franchises, they don’t comb my car looking for things to upsell me on, which is a practice that should be outlawed because it traps and exploits customers. If service is actually needed, they tell me and don’t push me to do it, treating me like a car owner, not a mark. And I’ve discovered in the past couple years that you get much more service during an oil change at WOW for the same or better price as those large “quick” oil changers. That makes up my mind.

I came in for my scheduled oil change. I wadnt prepare for it to be completed so quickly. I had made another appointment with one of my clients making sure I left enough time in between but my old change was done so quickly I had to find a way to waste some time! That's always a good problem to have!!
